Manaf Abdul Rehman Founder
A Keralite who began his career in the Middle East in 1995, switching between working with international contractors and engineering consultants. He moved across GCC with an Italian Engineering Consultant company exploring multiple avenues. He embarked on an entrepreneurial journey a decade ago, and since then has established Delta Engineering Middle East Services and Almas Water Company. With mutual connects, he explored the Restaurants Business and there has been no looking back since.
Aslam Abdul Rahman
Founder
An astute leader with a degree from University of Northampton, England, he began his journey from the Abu Dhabi Airport, back in the year 2000. Paving his way through, he moved to a German MNC where he was struck with an idea of opening a restaurant. From opening the first ‘Doner Kabab’ to multiple brands and outlets across the region, he is visionary who never loses an opportunity to expand and take challenges head-on.

Chief Executive Officer
From a potpourri chef to a CEO, his journey has inspired, motivated and instilled belief. He is a seasoned and passionate professional with an extensive experience of more than 27 years in the hospitality Industry. He has worked with some of the best F&B brands like Punjab Grill, YouMee, Nirula’s, RubyTuesday, Sbarro, Mandarin Trail, The Yellow Chilli and SuraVie. A true believer in the soul of a restaurant being its food, and a good chef being the heart of the business. His culinary background contributes to him understanding the backbone of the profession broadly. The emphasis on personal connect with his team and to collectively grow, is what differentiates him as a leader. His core belief lies in patience being a virtue, and he encourages his team to believe in themselves to deliver happiness.
